Any missing items or orders not received within 15 days by the purchaser or intended recipient must be reported to thecozycottageshops.com. TERMS OF PURCHASE:
When buying an item, you agree that: (i) you are responsible for reading the full item listing before making a commitment to buy it: (ii) you enter into a legally binding contract to purchase an item when you commit to buy an item and you complete the check-out payment process.
The prices we charge for our products are listed on the website. We reserve the right to change our prices for products displayed at any time, and to correct pricing errors that may inadvertently occur. Additional information about pricing and sales tax is available on the payments page.
RETURN AND REFUND POLICY:
-We offer refund and/or exchanges if your item arrives damaged by shipping carrier or not working as item was described.
-You must contact us within 3 days of receiving your item to inform us of any issues, damages or in non working order. Please provide photos or other pertinent information.
-You will have 7 days from from receiving your item to ship your item back at no cost to you, with a provided shipping label.
-Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Items must be returned and inspected before refunds will be issued.
-If 7 days have passed since you received your item , you will not be offered a refund and/or exchange of any kind.
RIGHT TO CHANGE:
We may, without prior notice, change the services/products, stop providing the services or any features of the services we offer; or create limits for the services. We may permanently or temporarily terminate or suspend access to the services without notice and liability for any reason, or for no reason.
WARRANTIES:
We do not offer warranties on any products we sell, unless stated in items description.

Any and all such claims and disputes shall be brought in, and you hereby consent to them being decided exclusively by a court of competent jurisdiction located in Rock Hill. The application of the United Nations Convention of Contracts for the International Sale of Goods is hereby expressly excluded.
