SHIPPING POLICY:

All shipping is calculated by weight and destination. Please allow up to 2 business days for order processing and shipping. Once shipped most items take 3 to 5 days for delivery.  All tracking information will be emailed upon shipping. We ship only in the US at this time. Shipping is processed Monday -Friday, and closures, vacations or delays in shipping will clearly be posted on the website.

 

RETURN POLICY:

-We offer refund and/or exchanges if your item arrives damaged by shipping carrier or not working as item was described.

-You must contact us within 3 days of receiving your item to inform us of any issues, damages or in non working order.  Please provide photos or other pertinent information.

-You will have 7 days from from receiving your item to ship your item back at no cost to you, with a provided shipping label.

-Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.  Items must be returned and inspected before refunds will be issued.

-If 7 days have passed since you received your item , you will not be offered a refund and/or exchange of any kind.
